ABOUT JENN KERNS
Jenn Kerns holds a Master’s in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. Her post-graduate training includes studies at the University of Vermont’s Department of Psychiatry, Middlebury College, and clinical supervision upon launching her private practice in 2014.
Since 2006, Jenn has immersed herself in Buddhist meditation traditions. During college, she studied Buddhism in Bodh Gaya, India, living in a Burmese monastery through Antioch College’s Buddhist Studies program. This transformative experience sparked her passion for self-directed positive change—such as neuroplasticity and cognitive reframing—and deepened her understanding of mystical experiences and symbolization in healing. It also set the stage for years of intensive self-study and profound spiritual awakenings.
Jenn credits her global travels with broadening her perspective on consciousness and embracing a spiritual, soul-centered worldview. She has since explored the intersections of Jungian and Buddhist psychology, consciousness studies, Human Energy medicine, Integrative Medicine, and brain re-training, while honing her spiritual gifts under mentors’ guidance.
Professionally, Jenn reimagines traditional approaches to create holistic, integrative, soul-centered methods that transcend conventional coaching and therapy, while remaining grounded in practical, evidence-based interventions. With a natural gift for teaching and speaking, her sessions often feel like soul-igniting workshops, as she dives deeply into clients’ rich inner landscapes.
