My approach
My approach blends decades of research and training in Positive Psychology, Buddhist and Stoic philosophy, Depth Psychology, and neuroplasticity-based brain retraining practices—including mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), gratitude research, polyvagal theory, and limbic system rewiring approaches inspired by the work of Annie Hopper (DNRS). This integrative framework supports shifting old patterns, steadying the nervous system, and growing into your fullest potential.
Like Buddhism, Stoic philosophy teaches the art of transforming suffering through awareness, discipline, and meaning-making. Positive Psychology echoes this wisdom, showing that resilience grows not only by reducing pain and distress, but also by cultivating inner strengths and consciously nurturing what brings purpose, connection, and aliveness.
Together, these traditions remind us that while we can’t always control what happens to us, we can cultivate self-mastery through how we choose to meet and respond to life’s challenges.
My contemplative, neuroscience-informed, and soul-centered lens invites emotional resilience, inner steadiness, and the freedom that comes from aligning thought, attitude, action, and purpose—whether you’re navigating personal growth, creative expression, or professional transformation.
