THESE RITUALS ARE FOR YOU

“This life is like a call and response, between what the soul is longing for, and that which has yet to be discovered, fully known. This is the Great Ache in the heart, that sense of dissonance between where we are, and where we long to be— which is, in a state of psychic wholeness, where we fully abide in the sacred communion of all aspects of Self. And until there is a sacred union initiated and sustained, we seem to live our lives with an intuitive knowing that something feels off, out of balance, undiscovered, or unexpressed in our psychic ecology.

We spend a lot of our time and energy at making attempts toward reconciling this feeling of being lost, adrift in our own way, unsatisfied or unfulfilled. We wake up to discover, at some point, that we have been out to sea, in a trance-like state of being-ness.

We begin to sense and feel the summons from deep psyche. We begin to hear the call, we begin to explore ways to respond. What happens then?

What happens is that we are initiated into a great shuffling around adventure. There we go - the great whirl begins - and so we are taken through passages of people, places, things, jobs, ect, until we come to know deeply, in our bones, that these answers, the symbols that contain the inspiration we seek, could never be discovered in outer conditions but only retrieved from the instrapsychic landscape. Thus begins the ritual of taking up one’s Inner Work - the deep sea dives into the inner landscape. The journey Home.”
